Stay Prepared – Get Your Grade 12 Examination Support Material

Due to the pandemic grade 12 students could not do the June examination but a preparatory examination will happen.

The Examination and Assessment Chief Directorate has also developed Common exemplar question papers to prepare students for the preparatory examination.

These papers were designed to meet the latest examination guidelines and to be set in line with the Annual Teaching Plan (ATP)

This was prepared to address the educational needs due to NOT being exposed to the Common June Examination and to ensure that the development of Grade 12 students’ knowledge is in line with the expectations of a Grade 12 student.

How Can I Get These Common Exemplar Question Papers?

You can find this on the Matric Colleges’ download website. Alternatively, you can get this at your school. There are two ways this will be provided:

  1. Printed formats
  2. Electronic formats (USB)

What Is Included?

You will receive question papers with their answering books, addendums as well as a marking guideline will be provided.

Teachers should use the examination support material to expose students to a formal examination. If possible teacher should also include the following:
