The minimum APS for a Diploma pass is 19. However, some Diploma courses may require an APS of up to 22.
How Many Credits Is A Diploma at UNISA?
A Diploma is a 120-credit qualification. This consists of 10 modules, each worth 12 credits. These must be completed and passed within the given timeframe.
What Level Is A Diploma?
A Diploma is an NQF level 6 qualification. NQF stands for National Qualifications Framework, which is a system designed for educational institutions and potential employers to easily be able to understand the educational level of your qualifications. There are 10 NQF levels.

How Many Years Is A Diploma In UNISA?
A Diploma will take a minimum of three years to complete, and can take up to six years to complete. This depends on a number of factors, such as whether you study part-time or full-time. Note that you cannot take longer than six years to complete a Diploma.
You can apply for a one-year or two-year deferment in extreme circumstances, which will allow you to complete your Diploma in seven or eight years. However, the university reserves the right to reject your application for deferment.
Is UNISA Still Open For Applications For 2023?
UNISA has not yet opened their applications for 2023. Application dates are as follows:
